Functional Conservative Care

For My Urban Gardeners and Farmers

Crouching down over the tulips, green beans and spinach encouraging (or begging) them to grow can lead to back pain, knee pain and headaches. Here’s some stretches to hopefully prevent some aches and pains. If you’re already having trouble getting into a squat or notice that pain builds up quickly in your neck or knees when working the soil and planting I suggest coming in for an evaluation.
